Have chosen FUHSA as their first-choice institution during the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) or willing to change their First Choice to FUHSA.
They must have the minimum required UTME score for their course of choice.
Must have at least five O’Level credits, including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Biology, and Chemistry, obtained in no more than two sittings.

- Medicine and Surgery (MBBS): 220
- Dentistry (BDS): 220
- Nursing Sciences (B.NSc.): 170
- Radiography, Optometry and Physiotherapy: 170

1. Visit the official FUHSA admissions portal at https://fuhsa.admissions.edu.ng
2. Click on “New Application” to create an account.
3. Use their JAMB registration number as both username and password to log in.
4. Pay a non-refundable screening fee of ₦2,000.
5. Complete the online application form and upload the necessary documents, including O’Level results and JAMB result slip.
