Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK), Awka, has officially released its Post UTME and Direct Entry (DE) screening Application forms for the 2025/2026 academic session. Prospective Aspirants are encouraged to apply timely, as the registration period has a deadline.
Eligibility Criterias/Requirements For Admission In UNIZIK
To be eligible for the UNIZIK Post UTME screening, candidates must have:
Chosen UNIZIK as their first-choice of institution in the 2025 UTME Examination.
WHAT IS UNIZIK JAMB CUT OFF MARK?
Prospective candidates must have a minimum JAMB score of 160. It’s necessary to be aware that competitive courses such as Medicine, Law, and Engineering may require higher JAMB scores.
Must have at least five O’Level credit passes, including English Language and Mathematics, in no more than two sittings.
Be at least 16 years old by the time of admission as underage won’t be considered for Admission despite meeting other criterias.
For Direct Entry candidates, hold relevant qualifications such as OND, HND, NCE, or A’Level certificates.

Interested applicants are to follow these guidelines to apply:
1. Visit the official UNIZIK Post UTME portal at https://apply.unizik.edu.ng.
2. Create an account using a valid email address and phone number.
3. Log in to your dashboard and complete the application form with accurate personal and academic information.
4. Upload necessary documents, including a recent passport photograph, JAMB/UTME result slip, and O’Level results.
5. Pay a non-refundable screening fee of ₦2,000 via the provided payment method options.
6. After successful payment, print the acknowledgment slip, which contains details of your screening schedule.

POST UTME SCREENING DETAILS AND INFORMATIONS
The Post UTME screening will be conducted as a Computer-Based Test (CBT). Candidates will be assessed on subjects relevant to their chosen course of study. Candidates who did not initially choose UNIZIK as their first choice but wish to apply must do the change of institution on the JAMB portal before the application deadline and change Unizik to first choice
Ensure that your O’Level results are uploaded on the JAMB CAPS portal so you can be considered for admission.
There will be no make-up exams for candidates who miss their scheduled screening.
